Terms & Conditions of Trade

  • Seller or Company shall mean Identity Signs Limited, its successors and assigns or any person acting on behalf of and with the authority of Identity Signs Limited.
  • “Client” shall mean the Client of any person acting on behalf of and with the authority of the Client.
  • “Goods” shall mean all Services and or goods supplied by the Seller to the Client and include any advice or recommendations in relation to the supply and include any incidental supply of Goods.
  • “Debtor” shall mean the amount of money that is owed to Identity Signs Limited.
  • “Debt” shall mean the amount of money that is owed to Identity Signs Limited.
  • Any instructions received by the Client for the supply of Goods / Services and or acceptance of Goods / services by the Client shall constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.    
  • Identity Signs Limited will retain ownership of the goods until full payment is received.
  • All goods or services supplied shall be sold GST exclusive.
  • The risk in all goods sold passes to The Client upon delivery.   Ownership of all goods sold remains with the Company until payment is made in full for those goods. 
  • Any instruction received by the Seller from the Client for the supply of Goods / Services and / or acceptance of Goods / Services by the Client shall deem acceptance of the terms and conditions.
  • Where more than one Client has entered into this agreement, the Clients shall be jointly and severally liable for all payments of the Price.
  • Payment for purchases must be made by the 20th of the month following delivery.   Supply on credit may be discontinued on overdue accounts.
  • If settlement of the overdue amount is not made the debt may be passed on to an appropriate collection agency.   All collection costs including collection agency and actual solicitor’s costs will be added to the outstanding debt.  
  • Identity Signs Limited may amend in full or part from time to time.   Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting of the amended terms and conditions on their web site.   You are responsible for ensuring you are familiar with the latest terms and conditions.
